Your bargaining committee met with the employer for the first week of negotiations toward the renewal of the collective agreement.
We discussed several key elements from our bargaining proposals and established a respectful dialogue to advance our collective priorities.
Negotiations will continue next week.
To maintain the integrity of the process, we will not be sharing details at this stage and will not be responding to questions about the content of the discussions. Rest assured that members will be kept informed at the appropriate time.
